Please Note:

1.If any order is cancelled, the customer will be notified within 24 – 72 hours of the problem and it is then customer’s responsibility to replace the order with his/her correct information within 48 hours.

2. Cheques / Demand Drafts and money orders must be received within 7 business days of the purchase date of the item. Cheque purchases will not be shipped until Cheque has been cleared.

3. Cheque should be drawn on a UAE bank. If you want to make payment with Cheque drawn in country other than UAE, please contact us before sending the payment.
